TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Orders should be placed at least 24 hours before the order deadline, for larger orders (cakes, crêpes) please place your order 48 hours before the order deadline.
• The earliest time to collect your order from the café is 9:00 am.
• Products can also be delivered by courier by arrangement and for an additional fee.

PRICE

• All prices are quoted in euros and include 20% VAT.
• A delivery charge may be added to the price, depending on the delivery method chosen when placing the order.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before the order is due to be fulfilled by sending an e-mail to info@katharinenthal.ee.
• Please be sure to indicate the order number and the bank account number to which you would like to be refunded.
• If you comply with the above conditions, we will refund your money within 5 working days.
• If the submitted order is not cancelled in time, the ordered goods are not delivered on the day of the order fulfillment, or the customer is not at the time and place indicated in the order to the courier, the amount paid is not refundable to the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Goods that are non-returnable by their nature (e.g. underwear, socks and stockings, open-pack cosmetics, groceries, beverages…) are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
• If the goods are clearly not in conformity with the agreed conditions, the service provider must be informed immediately and a complaint with photos must be sent to the following e-mail address: info@katharinenthal.ee.
• If there is an identifiable error on the part of the company, we will, at the customer’s request, exchange one item for an equivalent item.

• Personal customer data disclosed during the process of placing an order and making a purchase in the e-shop will be treated as confidential information. Fresco Partners OÜ does not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the customer’s permission. Fresco Partners OÜ uses the customer’s personal data for the delivery of ordered products.
